A short explanation on how you can set your availability in iQue.
How to set
Manual Availability
Once you have logged in:
Navigate to the ‘Your Profile’ page.
(Home on Mobile)
you should be presented with your Dashboard
and dates with your current availability.
Left-click on any date and change your availability.
You can set three states:
Red Unavailable
You can’t work.
Orange Under Option
You probably can’t work.
Green Preferred
You want to work.
How to use the
Calendar Scanner
With this tool you can set availability
without logging into the app.
Before continuing please note:
Only Google Calendar is supported at this time.
You’ll need to connect at least one calendar
in the Settings page of the ‘My Profile’ tab to use this feature!
(Can only be done on PC)

The Calendar Scanner
can be set to two modes:
Anything you put into your calendar
is immediately detected.
you’re set to unavailable for
the duration of those calendar events.
Be mindful about national holidays
and other recurring events!
1 - Detect Everything
iQue looks for the following markers
in front of your events that signal availability.
Please Note:
The Calendar Scanner only looks at
the first letter of your Calendar Items!
So: “Test! Event” Won’t be detected.
(Correct = !Test event)
Here are the markers you can use:
2 - Detect Markers
!Name = Unavailable
?Name = Under Option
$Name = Prefer working
Here’s an example.
There’s several events on this calendar
Let’s see what would happen in…
On all dates with an event
you would have been registered as unavailable.
So at the:
7th, 9th, 10-11th
and the 14-15-16-17-18th
1 - Detect Everything
> “Birthday” on the 7th
Would not have been registered
> “!Job” on the 9th
Unavailable for one day
> “?Possible Job” 10 & 11
Under option for two days
> “$Looking for work” 14 tm 18
Preferred work for five days
